Job Role : Technical ProjectManager
Responsible for definingand executing projects, tracking and monitoring key metrics andensure milestones are met on time and on budget
Develop high-performing teams through functional andtechnical leadership skills. Provide coaching, feedback, anddevelopmental opportunities to indirect reports within a broaderteam
Proactively identifies and resolvesissues and makes recommendations for improvements to existingbusiness and digital technology processes
Hasfinancial responsibility and accountability for projects
Defines and implements processes for coordination andcommunication between organizations and with Baker Hughesstakeholders.
Manage day-to-day execution ofprojects by working directly with global technicalteams.
Manage stakeholder communication andprogress reporting at various levels of the organization includingleadership and executives
Ensure quality ofdeliverables is verified and meets or exceeds stakeholderexpectations.
Qualifications / Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in an IT related subject(Engineering, Information Systems, Science, Business or Commerce),masters preferred
Minimum 7+ years ofexperience leading large global projects and / or infrastructureportfolios
Demonstrated ability to frequentlyinfluence the organization including executive levels
PMP or related Project Managementcertifications
Must be willing to travel up to15%
Proficiency with MS Office suite ofproducts such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
ITIL or ITSM certifications preferred.
Proven experience using project management methodologiesto deliver business value and drive significant change across largeorganizations
Excellent influencing,interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal)with all levels of an organization and across multiple workgroups
Proactively identifies and removesproject obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team
Strong analytical and organizational skills
