Support the design, development, enhancement and implementation of Reward policies, processes and procedures with a view to ensuring fair practices and effective controls across Al Tayer Group’s (ATG) Corporate and Business Units (BUs)

Strategic Roles and Responsibilities
Provide a comprehensive compensation and benefits advisory service to Group and Business Units covering all aspects of the Reward lifecycle.
Support the development of the strategy for the Reward function, in conjunction with the Group Reward director, ensuring alignment to the objectives and strategy of the organisation.
Assess the competitive position of the Group compensation and benefits structure by analysing market data, monitoring employee information, identifying leading industry and competitor practices etc.
and propose recommendations accordingly.
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate the group-wide annual salary review and bonus process, roll out of compensation and benefits programmes and other ad hoc initiatives
Manage Oracle HCM - C&B module and ensure system readiness for Annual Salary Review and Bonus cycle
Improve user experience & data integrity in salary review module
Train HR BP’s and participating managers during the Salary review and Bonus cycle
Administer the annual salary review process, including analysis, creation of worksheets and creation of letters to employees ensuring accuracy of the letters, and data sent for payroll processing
Reward Benchmarking and Data Analysis
Provide actionable insights supported with sound analysis of quantitative and qualitative reward data
Run periodic review of the grading and compensation structure and recommend enhancements in line with leading practices to ensure that ATG’s compensation and grading structure remains competitive in comparison to the external market
Periodically review reward data / benefits provision and highlight potential challenges with regards to internal equity and external competitiveness
Conduct job evaluations for roles across ATG using Korn Ferry Hay job evaluation methodology, including review of proposed role in line with titling conventions, and ensuring grading is in line with internal equity
Keep abreast of market developments to evaluate the competitiveness of the group wide benefits
Coordinate the formulation, communication and roll out of benefit programs and facilitate ongoing benefits administration, including management of the Company Car programme and the Flexible Benefit Plan
Coordinate the execution and management of the group wide Medical Insurance Scheme; including employee and HR communications, dealing with escalations from HR and employees, liaising with the insurance broker in regard to the SLA, escalations, policy / network updates and feasibility study of any design changes to current plan.
Manage the Inner Circle employee discount programme, evaluate all external third-party propositions for partnering with ATG, identify and evaluate potential vendors to partner with and enhance the EVP
System & Data Management
Review of reward data integrity (positions / job creation, Intranet, Sharepoint)
Coordination of the UAT testing of Oracle HCM - C&B module quarterly updates
People Management Roles and Responsibilities
Guide and motivate team members to enhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure continuous talent growth and capability development.
Prepare performance evaluation and appraisal reports of direct reports to assess subordinates’ productivity and progress, and identify training needs of team members to improve efficiency and ensure conformity with standard procedures and practices.
Education / Certification and Continued Education
Graduate in any discipline MBA with an HR qualification, CIPD or GRP preferred
Years of Experience
3-5 years relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits
