Job Summary and Responsibilities
To assist the Restaurant Manager in delegating duties and responsibilities to service staff. Provide a friendly welcome for guests, answer telephones, and control the flow of guests to various stations in the restaurant.
Provide excellent service and good relations with guests. Handle guest complaints. Train and supervise staff to follow the F&B standards.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Working knowledge of Japanese cuisine.
3. Good knowledge of restaurant operation and high end service levels.
4. Good wspoken and written English communication skills.
5. Computer literate.
6. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
