About The Role
You are responsible forthe management, and administration of all tasks that been assignedby the Home Delivery Manager in order to ensure flexibility in thedepartment and meet customer expectation regarding the process ofdelivering the products and assembling them in shortperiod.
Key Specific Accountabilities
Assisting the Home DeliveryManager in controlling and managing the execution of pre-determinedtasks within the home delivery department.
Ensuring that the stocks available in the warehouse aresufficient to meet the delivery and assemblyrequirements.
Preparing appropriate plans andschedules in order to meet Deliver and Assembly needs.
Assisting the home delivery manager in preparing theannual budget for delivery / assembly needs and goods flow based onthe projected annual sales targets provided.
Maintaining the KPI reports and preparing an action planfor those areas of concerns.
Preparing the dailydelivery and assembly schedule based on the previousday’s sales and backlog.
PeopleManagement and Development
Motivating the homedelivery staff towards achievement of work objectives. Support thehome delivery team to achieve their objectives by ensuring theyunderstand the company business plan and objectives.
Be Train the Trainer for the HD department and ensure allthe co-workers in the department are trained in Product Knowledge,customer service training, Concept training, H&Strainings.
Support the home delivery manager inmanaging the team by participating with their recommendationsduring the Probationary period reviews and annuallyreviews.
Monitor attendance of the home deliveryco-workers and monitor sickness and other absenceslevels.
Act asPayroll administrator and be a super user for the Staff ManagementSystem and generate the schedules using thesystem.
