Job Responsibilities :
Regularly draw up work schedules based on existing sales and service contracts, allocate the work efficiently to the engineers and technicians and follow up on work completion to the satisfaction of the customers.
Efficient scheduling of manpower and materials is one of the key assessment areas of this job.
Regular monitoring of all the installations and commissioning activities through follow up and ensuring the contractual obligations of the company are met and all activity complete in stipulated time.
Regularly respond to enquiries from any of the service contract client which are serviced by Culligan regarding the status of their service requests.
You will also be required to make follow up calls to ensure the satisfaction of the customers regarding the service performed.
Provide complete operation and maintenance manuals / documents / files to client / customers after completion of project.
Procurement of required site materials (plumbing, electrical, etc.) as per request by service engineer / technician and follow-up with procurement department for timely delivery to site.
Proper documentation like service reports / project related data / documents / drawing in proper format / filing so it can be accessed easily.
Ensuring that all breakdown calls are attended promptly and satisfactorily is one of the key aspects of this job. Taking into account the nature of job itself, you will be required to remain on call 24 hours of the day, 7 days of the week in order to fulfill the obligations of the company as and when the occasion may demand.
Liaison with our sales team, consultants, contractors and our suppliers. You will be required to provide technical support to both client’s Licensees and the customers.
Job Requirements :
2-3 years of experience in service coordination profile
Male candidates preferred
Driving license will be an added advantage
