Job Role : General Manager - Construction Operations

Responsibilities :

  • Developall business processes and policies needed to commence theoperation.
  • Timely source suited and adequatemanpower for the jobs. Oversee recruitment and training of newemployees
  • Be responsible of the overallconstruction management system.
  • Designstrategy and set goals for growth
  • Maintainbudgets and optimize expenses
  • Ensure employeeswork productively and develop professionally
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financialperformance
  • Direct the employee assessmentprocess
  • Prepare regular reports for uppermanagement (e.g. MIS : Project health report, Risk assessment,Baseline report, et. al.)
  • Ensure staff followshealth and safety regulations
  • Requirements :

  • Provenexperience as a General Manager or similar executiverole
  • Experience in planning andbudgeting
  • Knowledge of business process andfunctions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Excellentcommunication skills
  • Outstandingorganizational and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Knowledgeable of ERP systems and of latesttechnology
  • MUST be from reputed School(preferably National Institute of Construction Management andResearch or NICMAR alumni)
  • Salary : AED20,000.00 to AED25,000.00 / month

    Experience : construction operations : 10 years(Required)
