The desired candidate shall perform the following responsibilities discharge duties in business administration interacting with the investment arm of the family office assisting the family members in other domestic affairs such as paying allowances collating and filing expenses family personal use reminding the family of important tasks deadlines and events and making travelling arrangements and others acting as first point of contact in dealing with correspondence and phone calls managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments often controlling access to the family booking and arranging travel transport and accommodation organizing events and conferences typing compiling and preparing reports and presentations and importantly managing databases and filing systems andperforming other miscellaneous tasks to support all family members which will vary according to the sector and to managers remit eg completing some corporate governance reporting to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations or conducting research
