About the role We are looking for a passionate intern who will work closely with the managers to carry out the following :

  • Planning and coordinating the technicians' schedule
  • Coordinating with warehouse manager to ensure availability of materials and tools required for installations
  • Coordinating with the regional technician services
  • Organising timely internal and external documentations such as reports and work permits
  • Maintaining phone and email communications, a well as periodic visits to customers to manage their expectations
  • Organising new customer onboarding with written communication and visits
  • Documenting field technicians's Key Performance Indicators metrics
  • Managing service files and records
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Distinct self-organizational skills with keen attention to details
  • Having outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written & spoken English language skills.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work well with changing priorities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Knowledge of MS Office or GSuite
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
  • Students or Fresh Graduates only
