Major responsibilities Reconciliation of daily Cash Credit Card transactionPerforms routine and repetitive accounting and bookkeeping duties following established procedures to accomplish duties Difficult or unusual problems are referred to supervisor Perform accounting functions administer compliance Reconciliations and manage vouchers and ledgers Support in invoice booking of Investment accounts Assist in monthly closing and preparation for management reporting Maintains regular contact with other departments external clients to obtain and convey information and or to correct transactions Assists Accounting Department personnel as needed Special projects and miscellaneous assignments as requiredCoordinate with banks for various tasksProvide internal controls and reconciliations necessary to maintain data integrity and consistency
