JobResponsibilities

  • Day-to-Day Operations : Manage theday-to-day operations by providing guidance, encouraging teamworkand facilitating related professional work processes in order toachieve high performance standards
  • People Development : Manage the effective achievement of objectives by settingindividual targets, developing and motivating staff in order tomaximize performance
  • Safety, Quality &Environment : Participate in the development of all relevant safety,security, quality, health and environmental procedures and complywith them to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
  • Strategy : Implement the Function / Department strategy to ensurealignment with Company’s strategy
  • Policies andProcedures : Implement relevant policies, processes and proceduresand monitor adherence so that work is carried out in a controlledmanner
  • Budget Management : Contribute to the preparationof the Function / Department budget to ensure alignment with theapproved set budget
  • Participate and represent thecompany in safety investigations, leading on-ground teams to ensureimmediate-presence team to analyse and report on major incidents
  • Research, collect and consolidate external data todevelop accurate performance indicators measures
  • Liaisewith GCAA and aviation authorities on a wide range of operationalmatters to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Accountable to the GCAA for all quality issues within the EtihadTechnical department. The TQM shall endorse all CAR Part V (CAR145) and EASA 145 required documentation, including the MaintenanceOrganisation Exposition prior to submission to the GCAA or otherNAA?s
  • Analyse reports, assessments and indicators toidentify trends and develop recommendations to improve quality andsafety standards, reduce risks and ensure compliance with internal / external regulations
  • Develop safety / quality reportsand review findings to provide accurate communication to seniormanagement on potential risks and issues
  • Collaboratewith relevant stakeholders in designing, planning and deliveringbusiness improvement initiatives to support in achieving safety KPItargets
  • Maintain record and documentation control inaccordance with record-keeping standards and timelines to ensure anorganized and compliant system
  • Lead and manage audits,inspections and investigations to support the timely and accurateidentification of root causes and adoption of corrective actions,
  • Lead and monitor the execution of audits and inspectionsto ensure the monitoring of compliance with standards andregulations
  • Identify trends and address system andprocess deficiencies with management leading change ensuringcompliance with regulatory requirements and improving safetystandards
  • Prepare, open, host and close audit meetingsto ensure audit scope is properly understood and all information isunambiguously collected Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma (2 years or more) or relevantlicence / certification.
