Job KeyDetails :

Communicate with all departmentmanagers and purchasing on inventory levels

Handle ahigh performing inventory management team

Set up andimplement inventory management policies as well as procedures

Conduct weekly and monthly physical assets as well as toolscounts in the company and high light variances to themanagement

Determine shortfalls and surplusinventory

Work with the warehouse team to implement andensure control system to reduce damage, breakage as well asinventory obsolescence

Generate and distribute daily,weekly, monthly and ad-hoc inventory levels

Preserveacceptable and accurate inventory levels at inventorylocations

Maintain accurate posting of all inventorytransactions into the system

Job Qualifications andExperience

Degree in Finance, Accounting or itsequivalent

At least 2 years of experience in inventorymanagement

Must be familiar with current inventorycontrol systems

Good interpersonal and communicationskills

Expertise in Ms Office suite

Musthave knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

Should have good knowledge of the relevant software packages

Must be a team player with a positive attitude

Must be detail-oriented with strong analyticalskills
