JOB PURPOSE To ensure all account activities (creation, usage, accrual, redemption, account management) are reviewed, verified and analysed in order to protect the Company’s commercial interests.
Regular monitoring of accrual activities in Business Rewards Accounts, identifying suspicious activities, investigating and recommending actions to be taken on relevant accounts -
Working with Sales Team around the network to address deal usage by multiple accounts and follow up on them to ensure all cases are closed -
Prepare and maintain management reports to show rate of investigation, fraud detection, loss prevention, actual loss and recovery actions -
Advise management on programme and reporting enhancements to improve integrity. - Work with various stakeholders in Emirates Group for handling fraudeulant and activities or any other changes that need to be made to the account.
This is including but not limited to EK Group Security, EK Legal, Emirates Skywards ,etc. 1. Customer Service.Call Centre : 3+ Years.
2. Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent). 3. Ability to analyse and interpret complex information and communicate results through Reports.
4. Proactive approach to identify financial exposures, process improvements and cost saving opportunities. 5. Must have a through working knowledge of MARS, MACS, CRIS and RAPID.
6. Proficient in the use of office automation systems. 7. High standard of attention to detail. 8. Organizational skills is critical.
