Assisted by engineers in the comprehensive implementationof all types of FM activities.
Analyzes energyconsumption and implements energy saving solutions.
Reports directly to the Facility Superintendent / ProjectManager.
Enforces and adopts safety measuresamong all of his Sub-Ordinates.
Prepares variousmaintenance activities plans and various FM activitiesschedules.
Leads a group of operators for the FMof the Help Desk and assisted by aDispatcher.
Prepares offers in accordance withinquiries.
Supervises urgent matters andcomplaints concerning deliveries.
Providessupport in area of Performance Tool.
Processesvarious kinds of statistics (eg. Failure-relatedstatistics.)
Is in charge of nuisance relatedproblems, transmission and documentation (Help desk.)
Interrogates Logistic System, on periodic basis, to assurethat minimum Stock Inventory Levels of spare parts and consumablesis satisfactory.
Ensures that every employee isinformed and trained to perform their job in a productiveway.
Qualifications and requirements :
B. Sc. Electro-mechanical.
15-yearsproven records of operation and maintenance in a 5-stars hotel or alarge residential complex / commercial building.
Excellent knowledge of energy-efficient design andexecution of electro-mechanical systems.
Practical, hands-on experience with systems andequipment
Knowledge in DDC, commissioning andtab.
Adequate exposure to relevantelectro-mechanical and electronic equipment
Energy management / economy and BMS oriented. Knowledge ofenergy-related metering equipment.
Ability toanalyze and compile technical and statistical information andreports with particular regard to energy usage
Fluency in the English language, technical report writingand verbal communications skills are a must, spoken andwritten.
Leading character and strongpersonality, goal-oriented management style; able to work withpeople at all levels.
Ability to motivate peopleand develop and establish effective working relationships withother employees.
