KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversees and directs all aspects of the outlet s operation under the guidance and supervision of the DIrector of Food and Beverage Lead and manage the team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service To assist in the recruitment and training of F B Colleagues Balance operational administrative and Colleague needs Conduct regularly scheduled departmental meetings Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food and Beverage teams to implement agreed upon strategies practices and promotions Have full knowledge of all Outlet menus Manage the departmental budget Follow lobby lounge policies procedures and service standards Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage Other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE An F B specialist with a proven track record in Food and Beverage within their respected industry At least 5 years experience working in F B including management level experience Degree or Diploma in Catering or Hotel and Tourism Management Previous experience within a major Metropolitan City is essentialLANGUAGES Fluent in English Second language a bonusInterested in this great challenge Contact BEATRICE with your updated CVUnfortunately due to the high demand of applications only shortlisted candidates will be contacted but feel free to get in touch
