Drive a user-centereddesign approach. Influence the product direction and / or roadmapthrough UX.
You will collaborate across teams(flights, hotels, cross-product, CMS, etc.), departments (product,engineering, marketing, etc.
and channels (call center, retail,digital) when conducting UX research.
Close collaboration withproduct owners, stakeholders and the development team to defineproblem statements, success metrics and facilitate a sharedunderstanding on the solutions.
Host workshopswith stakeholders to ensure alignment and that your solutions areaddressing all aspects of the problem statement.
Use discovery methods such as prototyping to define andtest solutions before delivery.
You will work in the UX researchteam, working closely with product teams to facilitate UX research.You will report to our Snr UX Researcher.
Workin close collaboration with UX Designers to design and executestudies that uncover user behavior and attitudes, and with a focuson solving problems, addressing our customers'
needs andidentifying opportunities to create optimal user experiences byknowing our customers.
Coordinate with UXDesigners in setting up and planning UX research.
Discover, validate, and iterate design solutions based onuser feedback through UX methods such as prototyping, usabilitytesting, interviews, and focus groups.
Definesuccess metrics, continuously craft A / B tests, analyze results toenable data-driven decisions, and ensuring a positive impact inimproving the user experience.
Deliver andcommunicate insights in creative and engagingpresentations.
Develop and maintain customerjourney (through quantitative and qualitative research).
Build and maintain our customer test group.
You will be liaising with the Senior UX researcher in theco-development and tracking of consumer-research needs andgoals
Create a UX research pipeline in ourretail stores in the KSA.
Your profile :
3 years of experience in conducting variousmethods of UX research with representative customers. Includingremote and face-to-face interviews.
You areable to motivate the suitable UX Research method(s) based on theproject needs.
A portfolio demonstrating theimpact your UX research results has brought.
Previous experience working in travel / e-commerce and inevidence-driven teams.
Know-how in the field of research : interviewing users,setting up surveys and usability tests as well as interpreting theresults
Being able to interpret qualitativeand quantitative data into opportunities forimprovements
Agile and Scrummethodologies.
You have a Hands-on mentality.You are very organised and have a structured way ofthinking.
