Education : Bachelors Degree

Experience : 1 - 5 Years

Responsibilities : - All secretarial and administrational work and Japanese translations.

Description : - To provide a full secretarial service to the Operations Manager

  • Undertake word processing duties, including formatting letters, memos and reports required by the Manager and the department
  • Responsible for all correspondences like compile and type quotations, letters & memos, etc.
  • Attend all incoming telephone calls and transfer telephone inquiries to the respective person. Also, take messages and convey the same while the executive staff is away
  • Arrange on request appointments, visits and travel arrangements for the department manager
  • Ensure that the responsibility of handling courier service in collecting and sending samples is carried out efficiently
  • Monitor and supervise the responsibilities of the filing clerk and guide him
  • Prepare weekly manpower report, monthly project status report and submit to superior
  • Follow up with departmental heads for weekly production / project schedule reports so as to comply with the quality system implemented
  • Needs to communicate effectively with the internal / external customers and in turn pass the message to the concerned person on time
