Job Role : Recruitment Officer

Job Key Details :

  • Develop, assess and maintain appropriate HRpractices, policies as well as procedures
  • Maintain timely and accurate payroll administration forall staff members as well as payment of statutorydeductions
  • Create and implement the annual HRbusiness plan in line with the corporate strategic plan
  • Conduct staff audits, determine gaps and take necessaryaction to close the gaps
  • Support staffrecruitment activities
  • Handle requests foradvances, loans as well as any other employee grievances
  • Handle staff records and implement the relevantactions
  • Any other related tasks as may berequired
  • Job Qualifications andExperience

  • Bachelors Degree in HumanResource Management, Business Administration or itsequivalent
  • At least 1+ years of experience inthe recruitment field required
  • Should be ablecoordinate, prioritize workload and work well underpressure
  • Proven working knowledge of themanagement of HR functions
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
  • Shouldbe ready and willing to start immediately
  • Ability to independently source for candidates
  • Should be able to handle the entire recruitmentprocess
  • Familiarity with the UAE laborlaw
  • Must have good computer applicationknowledge
