Job Purpose

To source NTB acquiring customers, both in the POS & ecommerce space

To contribute to increasing portfolio size, quality and revenue

To ensure adherence to policies and procedures of the bank

Key Result Areas

Meet monthly / annual targets on # of new accounts as well as volumes

Maximize revenue to the bank by charging appropriate commission / MDR / fees

Ensure timely processing and fulfillment / deployment of NTB applications

Hand-hold clients during the onboarding phase

Remain in touch with clients to ensure they build volumes

Manage any customer service concerns / delays

X-sell other products of the bank (bank account, discounts, Salaam, EPP, etc.)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Complete knowledge and clear understanding of Bank’s policy

Technical knowledge about merchant acquiring systems and terminals

Bachelor degree with minimum sales / marketing experience of 2+ years preferred
