Talent Acquisition Manager Our client is passionate about great eating and great dining experiences and so we are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team based in Dubai Our mission is to build the brand name by carving out a niche which focuses on highquality products that are based on a Unique Total Dining Experience principle As the Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the right candidate needed to support the aggressive growth strategy of the organization is made available at the right time The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for creating talent pipelines ensuring that we have a strong employment brand marketing our positions effectively and partnering with leaders to identify future talent needs Duties and Responsibilities Develop plans and directly recruit for all of our executive level talent Building a strong employment brand that effectively communicates the organization s story and increases application flow Design key performance indicators and dashboards to track progress and influence future direction Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts Develop recruitment strategy This may include job posting optimization recruiting marketing channel development job board procurement digital and nondigital employment marketing comprehensive recruitment campaign planning talent planning etc Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing develop talent pool or social engagements Manage the recruitment process and lifecycle including initial assessments interviews and offers Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits salary and corporate environment Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regard to talent development or retention Use social media job boards Internet sourcing and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs Manage and guide development of corporate employment resource Participate in employment events such as career fairs Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to onboarding Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process Induct the Middle and Senior level employees to the organization Set Organization wide standard and structured Induction procedure and checklist Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs Determine selection criteria Source potential candidates through online channels e g social platforms and professional networks Plan interview and selection procedures including screening calls assessments and inperson interviews Assess candidate information including resumes and contact details using our Applicant Tracking System Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position s requirements Lead employer branding initiatives Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department Foster longterm relationships with past applicants and potential candidates Willing to travel to other locations frequently if required for the operational support or for any additional tasks assigned by the management
