In this exciting role you will be responsible for :
Price setting and maintenance
Calculate standard pricing of fragrance products and providing target costs
Coordinate pricing process for identified accounts and provide price negotiation support to the commercial organisation
Provide pricing recommendations to the commercial organisation with supporting analysis
Manage DOA process
Manage price increases and adjustment following management decisions
Participate in customer meetings and discussions for large local, regional and international customers
Monitor and Control
Ensure compliance with the divisional pricing guidelines Implementation of guidelines, including application of the margin grids and obtaining approval of any exceptions to the guidelines, within their relevant area of responsibility
Monitor customer product margins of the assigned customer portfolio
Support and mentor more junior members of pricing team
Input into pricing strategy development and process improvements

University degree in Business, Finance or other relevant area
At least 5 years in industry pricing or finance, account management or sales coordination role, or commercial experience in the fragrance and flavour industry
Thorough market knowledge (customers, segments, market practices)
Strong understanding of pricing mechanisms and profitability
Strong process and project management skills
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Well developed negotiation skills
Proven ability to deal with complex IT systems
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office
SAP / ERP experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to successfully manage in a rapidly changing environment
Results-oriented, customer focused, with a serious commitment to excellence
Experience in Fragrance and Flavours or related industry an advantage
Fluent spoken and excellent writing skills in English
