Job Description This position will work in conjunction with Category Managers to manage the enablement of catalog content from vendors, utilising SAP Ariba functionality across the Emirates Group worldwide.
The role will be responsible for the successful execution of catalog enablement projects, education of stakeholders on Ariba network functionality related to catalog enablement and creation of specific project related education content for vendors.
The Catalog Enablement Lead will demonstrate the ability to support multiple projects, offer solutions, escalate issues and manage the enablement of catalog content according to the project plan.
Job Outline : - Development and coordination of the catalog enablement strategy for use across the Emirates Group - Analyse spend across various companies and develop consolidation strategies with preferred suppliers, enabled by catalogs -
Support Category Managers to enhance user self-service purchasing through catalog enablement - Provide ongoing catalog enablement management -
Development and approval of education materials for vendors and key stakeholders - Support during system testing phase prior to implementation -
Create and approve supplier communications and education content - Act as Change Management agents for their respective areas.
They will be expected to communicate changes to their respective business areas - Assist with and promote the Program Deliverables and associated benefits to the business users Qualifications -
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience - Procurement experience in Category Management -
Strong leadership skills, be very detail oriented, have strong organisational and time management skills - Must be professional, self-
motivated, flexible and able to meet deadlines under a high volume workload in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment -
Strong oral and written communication skills - Strong analytical skills with ability to define, collect and analyse data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and formulate fact-
