Responsibilities :
Operative planing
Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Quality control
Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices
Making sure all systems are operational and working fully
Reporting
Leading the development team in daily tasks
You have 2+ years experience in leading smaller teams
You work with tech and softwares f.e. in tech sector, startups
You worked at least at 3 different companies where you could collect different perspectives on processes
You are already an expert in the following tools : Zapier, Make (Integromat), Project Management Tool (Monday, Asana, etc)
You are fluent in German
You are responsible, goals driven, focused, calm
You have strong communication skills
You have a problem solver mindset
