  • Supporting the financedepartment, accountant and management team by completing routineclerical and accounting tasks. Preparing budgets, maintainingreports and completing bookkeeping and accounting duties for thecompany.
  • Manage day to day operations of theaccounts department.
  • Manage accounts payable(bill payments, salaries, petty cash etc.) and receivable throughcash / cheque / voucher in a timely manner.
  • Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills,and accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintaining and monitoring schedules of Amortization / Depreciation / Prepayment / PDC.
  • To maintainand reconcile cash / bank accounts.
  • Performingoffice tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones,processing the mail, etc.
