Develop business plans and strategies to make sure that all company sales goals and profitability are achieved as per the submitted Budget Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets Work closely with the Sales Team to build effective communication understand development needs and to provide insight for improved sales performance Motivate and develop the Sales Team Set sales targets incentive for the Sales Team Outlets and assist them to achieve it Follow up to maintain shapely Merchandising in all Outlets Conduct all over the year effective Promotional Activities in coordination with Marketing Responsible for major Sales Accounts Corporate Retailers Horecaext Acquiring and deepening relationship with Customers Manage and build excellent relationship with Principals Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance sales and activities reports Control expenses Perform accurate forecasting and sales reports on periodically basis to keep balance Stocks Follow up orders to ensure receiving it on time Keep an eye on all Brands Activities in the Market and react accordingly to maintain high competiveness Ensures payments are collected on time Follow up with Emirates Authority For Standardization and Metrology and apply for Certifications whenever needed Adheres to all company policies and procedures
