The Senior Specialist Assessment is responsible to support with the development and implement a comprehensive assessment programme for HCT in line with local and international accreditation standards and requirements with the aim to continuously improve HCT’s student learning outcomes and experience.
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Education.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in Accreditation or relevant field with a focus on Educational Assessment.
Support with the development and monitor the implementation of a comprehensive assessment programme for HCT in coordination with key internal stakeholders.
Support with the development and communication of assessment guidelines and tools to internal stakeholders with the aim to continuously improve the students’ learning experience and outcomes.
Monitor the implementation of HCT’s assessment policies and procedures in alignment with local and international accreditation standards and requirements.
Act as a key point of contact to faculty members with regards to HCT’s assessment activities.
Support faculty and staff with the assessment of HCT’s student learning outcomes.
Identify gaps in the students’ learning outcomes in line with local and international accreditation standards and requirements.
Draft assessment reports and support with the recommendation of action plans; communicate findings and recommendations to key internal stakeholders.
Develop and maintain an up-to-date and accurate database related to assessment activities.
Support with accreditation and re-accreditation efforts by providing necessary data and information and developing assessment reports as and when needed.
