Our client is a leading enterprise engaged in diverse range of innovative welding lifting and safety products supplying local and regional industrial needs On their behalf we are now searching to find the markets finest candidates for this position Function To plan develop and direct sales marketing efforts for assigned brands products Responsible for Sales coordination promotion market research documentation and overall performance To improve commercial performance of the division to assigned target with focus in market share development and customer care Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the company Safety product This involves printed and electronic promotional material product training Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-

going visits to customers and non-customers Driving a solution set across development teams through market requirements product contract and positioning Understand the market trends competitor forces and regional and global industry regulations Analyzing potential partner relationships for the products Develop and assist execution of technical product road maps development schedules Improve the current process of developing distributing maintaining and ensuring traceability of product requirements Plan the sales as per the annual sales target and ensure the targets are met on a monthly basis Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors products Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in Research and Regulatory to address any issues that may arise Add end users to our customer base on a monthly basis Plan organize and participate in product related presentationboth internal and external to the company Develop and monitor critical success factor for the product in line with the business plan Close liaison with the field force to assess the response to and suitability of current promotional material and to ensure that the promotional material is being used optimally Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions Develop and enhance further product range sale to existing customers Assist with the development of the annual sales marketing plan and for controlling advertising promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual plan Keep a track of product and services requirement of all customers with regular follow ups Follow up on payments with customers and make sure that payments are received on time Maintain a data base of customer information in detail Perform GAP analysis on the technical operational and environment considerations for new product development NPD and differentiating expanding products Drive ongoing improvement in sales and profitability Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed Co-

ordinate with logistics department for timely delivery to customers Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed Identifying potential new partners dealers for our products Responsible for preparing product forecasts and constantly monitoring inventory levels held at central and interstate warehouses including liaison with suppliers to ensure supply timelines Adheres to all company policies procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team Any related activity assignment by the Line Manager RequirementsExperience Minimum of 7 years in related industry Qualification Graduate in Engineering or Any Graduation with excellent PC skills Driving license Must have Primary skills Result oriented creative possess strong interpersonal communication skills have entrepreneurial leanings Management skills Planning prioritizing and time management Leadership and motivation of individual team members when applicable Communication skills empathy and mutual understanding Performance appraisals conducting and follow-
