Responsibilities :

  • Slicing, cutting, shredding, tenderizing, andskewering meat and vegetables.
  • Braising andgrilling meat and vegetables.
  • Checking thatingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption.
  • Preventing cross-contamination.
  • Preparing meals in accordance with customers'preferences, if applicable.
  • Tracking thecomponents of each meal to ensure that the final dish is completedin a timely manner.
  • Ensuring that yourworkstation remains clean and orderly at all times.
  • Informing the Manager when equipment is due formaintenance, repair, or replacement.
  • Trackinginventory to ensure that you always have adequatesupplies.
  • Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as a Cook, preferably with a focus ongrilling.
  • Desire for continuous learning andprofessional development
  • Must becomputer-literate
  • Capacity to stand for longhours.
  • Thorough knowledge of food safetyguidelines.
  • Excellent organizational, timemanagement, and multitasking skills.
  • Level-headed with outstanding interpersonalskills.
  • Commitment to the production ofhigh-quality outputs and excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on holidays,as required.
