  • Working with external teams ALPS, Learning Leaders and Phoenix team.
  • Positive relation with all external teams to developtheir system to meet the requirements and customize the features onthe platform according to the needs of the School.
  • Developmental and constructive feedback to the externalteams for effective use of the product.
  • Coordinating and guiding Data Leaders across the school, about theworking and effective use of Phoenix.
  • Accuracy in data entry at all points.
  • Transparency in the methodology followed and the analysis of thedata at all times.
  • Time to time PLD forstaff and senior leaders on the appropriate use and additionalfeatures available on the platform to support teaching and learningpractices effectively.
  • Data analysis fromtime to time to address the gaps
  • Coordinating with the Academic team, Pastoral team and AdminDepartment with regards to the requirement of theirdepartment
  • To liaise with the Timetablemanager to ensure fair distribution and support in resolving anychallenges with respect to curriculum expansion.
  • Support theTimetable Manager in linking the Timetable on Units withPhoenix.

  • To liaise with the Exam manager-for effective administration of all the assessments both internal and external and result analysis of National / International Benchmark assessments / External assessments.
  • To liaise with the PLD leader, to identify theneeds as per the data analysis and accordingly collaborate on thedesign and implementation of a comprehensive ProfessionalDevelopment Plan of all staff.
  • To workclosely with the Digital and Innovation leader, to ensure theschool team is abreast with the latest updates with thetechnological developments.
  • Coordinatingwith the Data team across the school in grouping, scheduling, markentry, release of report cards and promotion of students on bothPhoenix, Learning Ladders and KHDA.
  • Designing and creating Pastoral points, Mark book and report cardtemplate on Phoenix and KHDA - based on the requirement ormodification in the assessment policy, behavior policy foreffective tracking, monitoring and interventions to supportteaching and learning.
  • Effective trackingand monitoring system for Lesson observations / note book scrutiny / learning walk / staff performance levels to ensurecontinuity in effective teaching learning strategies in place atall times.
  • Sharing the data with the SLTevery 6 weeks and update the SEF.
  • Conductingsurvey and sharing the survey responses with the SLT.
  • Support in developing the AcademicCalendar.
