Job Objective
Transfer of the accepted sales quote to theoperational division through administrative activities whilemaintaining the highest possible level of customer satisfaction(including customer aftercare).

Processing customer requests.

Analyzing problems and devisingsolutions for customers.
Resolvingcustomer queries.
Recommending improvements ininternal processes for more efficient customermanagement.
Skills andKnowledge
Bachelorâ s degree orequivalent
Customer-oriented experience, preferably in transport,logistics, break bulk, bulk liquids.
Good knowledge of the Englishlanguage.
Sufficientknowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, E-mail.
Proactive, commercial attitude and goodcommunication skills.
Available fulltime.
