Minimum 15 years working experience in BPO, Telecom, Banking, Technology or Financial Domain.
Past experience of managing Service Delivery, Operations Functions, Leading Technology Projects and managing Sales is a must.
Should have experience in managing Client and Partner relationships.
MBA would be a plus
