Job Description
The Program Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for Program sourcing activity of the business in the EMEA region as well as commercial support for 3rd party Service providers.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop RFP material for key partners via interpretation internal client tender documents.
Establish cost requirements for each program in terms of : WarrantyProduct CostPayment termsINCO terms
Proactively negotiate with each key program partner on the above points. Where any gaps exist to our customer commitment highlight these earlier within the approval process.
Working with legal teams establish and negate contractual gaps from vendors as we move closer to back to back cover.
Become the focal point of managing key relationships with vendor such as CEIA, Rhode & Schwarz, Viken , Achelis.
Summarise key contractual points for RORB / DORB Process raising any gaps to senior management .
Raise requisitions for program requirements.
Develop plans for equipment lead times with key partners in line with client tender requirements.

The Individual
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain / Engineering with 4 - 5 years of related experience in managing simultaneous Program Procurement over a variety of category.
Strong Knowledge of Project procurement practices, costs structures and strong negotiations skills.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP System
