Essential Responsibilities : In the role ofWireline, Oil Field Services Technical Support Leader, youwill :

o Drive weekly call as well as dailycontact with the Regional Asset and Inventory Leaders to supportmaterial and asset needs as well as and drive execution.

o Participate in development and lead the execution ofMaterials and Asset utilization at the Services Sites whichincludes Monitoring of CE & Utilization to includere-distribution of equipment

o Drive CycleCounting of assets and explosives process from implementation, RCAand completion.

o Drive Physical Inventoryprocess for Assets and ensure best practices for materialmanagement in the regions to ensure compliance to BHGEstandards.

o Drive Physical Rental Asset processand ensure compliance to BHGE standards

oSupport sites with any action derived from audit findings frominventory or assets compliance

o Manageinventory to mitigate Excess and Obsolete reserves

o Drive excellence in the core operating foundations ofData Integrity, Material Process and Inventory Controlmeasures.

o Develop / Manager StandardKPI's for business and work with sites to improve thesemeasurements.

o Assist with developing short,mid-range, and long-term business plans.

o Beresponsible for building strong long-term relationships withspecific internal customers within the region

oLead and support Material operational processes &initiatives including SAP process adoption and transactionaldiscipline across organization

o Collaboratewith Product Line Directors to develop strategies for our entireasset portfolio to ensure proper NPI introduction, sun-settingequipment, FMN implementation, and managing aged assets

  • o Lead efforts such as helping to define standards& leading initiatives to ensure customer service excellencefor all customers (internal and external)
  • o Workclosely with technical support team, field staff, sales, andengineering teams in support of products to our internal customersto resolve issues in a timely manner

    o Managecost control, quality, and operations-oriented customercommunications

    o Plan, communicate, schedule,and monitor, events and equipment to meet or exceed therequirements of projects with respect to cost, projectprofitability,

    overall margin management,timeline, quality, environmental / safety, legal, and otheraspects
