Experience : 2+ years of experience client servicing, preferably for a SaaS startupYou excel at problem solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysisYou have experience with customer onboarding and salesYou have the ability to switch gears easily You have a high level of energy patience and empathy.
Job Responsibilities : Maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources.Recommending the relevant paid and non paid solution to customers.
Product salesUnderstanding customer requirements and business objectives to provide the right solution and strategyProviding strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals.
Managing IT initiatives and collaborating with in-house technical staff.Train users in new and existing IT systems.Revise existing systems and suggest improvements.
Participates in meetings and daily direct contact with customers, from restaurant staff to owners.Ensures quality and speed of service to customers and being able to prioritize accordinglyIdentifies customer service trends and determines system improvements.
Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers and visiting operational environments.Maximizes customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice.
ll be working withYou will report to the Head of Operations and work closely with the Sales Team and other Client Support Specialists (meet the team here)! As this is a cross-functional role, you’ll also be partnering with the Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.
