Based in the heart of Dubai, this is an administrative role that requires a strong client service mind-set and team playing ability.

The role supports one Account Manager, who in turn looks after a very prestigious client. Duties will involve managing all the on boarding of the new clients, organising the welcome packs, drafting documentation and ensuring full support at all times.

Additionally, ordering of stationary and supplies, collecting the post, printing and photocopying, binding of company materials and collating feedback reports are also part of this role.

Our client boasts a friendly office environment and is looking for an individual who has a can do’ attitude together with administration experience working in an international environment.

Our client is looking for a candidate who has UAE experience and has a strong knowledge of the various locations in Dubai.

Excellent computer skills, coupled with completely fluent English skills both spoken and written and a stable employment history are also required by our client.

Additionally, our client offers development opportunities over time and likes to promote from within.
