  • Customer Interaction
  • Order and Delivery Management
  • Invoicing and Accounts Receivable
  • Complaints and Claims Management
  • Key work relationships :
  • Customer
  • Country CS responsible
  • CS Support agents in the support office
  • Sales, Demand Planning, Finance, Supply Chain and SSC
  • Business Process Owner community (OTC )
  • YOUR SKILLS

  • Required language skills (Arabic, English and French)
  • Customer orientation, operational excellence
  • Accountability, proactive thinking, flexibility
  • Strong communication skills
  • Cooperation and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Customer Service and Supply Chain is a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar CS related transactions & reporting functions is a plus
  • Works well under pressure
  • Excellent organization & time management skills
  • Able to make timely informed decisions
