One of our clients is looking for a Project Manager. He will be reporting to the Development Manager.
Evaluate fragrances across all bases, forms, and technologies
Answering routine sales projects. Preparing documentation with evaluation comments and provide to Perfumers for rework if required.
Conducting fragrance panels as and when needed.
Understand key Regulatory guidelines and communicate to the team any unforeseen impacts to current / future projects.
Olfactive evaluation of fragrances through different development phases of the product.
Maintain libraries both physical and intranet along with the library manager & ensure our library contains the best fragrances.
Identify best fragrances from around group and show them to the sales team
Attend library meetings
Assure all projects are answered on time with best fragrances
Work closely with other evaluators, perfumers and sales team
Evaluate presentations from other divisions and information and show relevant ones to the sales team
Excellent Communication Skills (Spoken & Written English)
Knowledge and experience in Ms Office (Word and Excel).
Ability to work under pressure
Previous experience in the Fragrance Industry
