Our client, a well-established Avaiation & Travel company is looking for a Personal Assistant to be based in Dubai. Responsible for monitoring and responding to email, answering calls and liaising with clients competently, preliminary drafting of correspondence,delegating work,diary management,planning and organising meetings, booking of hotel accommodation and airline tickets.
Fluent in English, efficient, discretion, flexible, self-motivated, organized, proactive, a good communicator. To have advanced-level skills in Microsoft Word & Microsoft PowerPoint and at least an intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Manage and source resources and conduct research, to be well informed, and internet savvy.
