Job Role : STEWARD
1.Execute all cleaning exercises within the designatedwork areas. This includes the cleaning of equipment, furniture,flooring and windows.
2.Serve the Companys / guests withquality service according to established standards.
3.Ensure that the service station, outlet, area is kept clean andtidy at all times as per the standard defined procedure.
Prepare and close the outlet according to standard openingand closing procedures.
4.Comply with and practice thecompany’s established Hygiene Policy and Proceduresespecially in food and equipment’ handling and ensurethat the environment is clean and organized at all times.
5.Attend to Company complaints satisfactorily or seek theassistance of Supervisors when not in the position to providesolution to the problem and inform the Supervisor on duty at alltimes.
6.Job timings : Availability on a 24 / 7 basis fora ten (10) hour shift plus 1 hour lunch break.
Knowledge, Skills Experience and Competencies :
1.Highest level of education attained, Diploma inHospitality.
2.Minimum 1 year experience in a 4 star or5 star hotel as waiter staff.
3.Willingness to do thework and to stand long period of time
4.Able to workunsupervised, able to follow instructions.
