We are looking for a talented Creative Content Senior Manager to take full responsibility of the creative and content including development of campaigns concepts, digital and social media content, website, VM content, outdoor, and develop a content plan for both Damas equity and the brands portfolio.
Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional, preferably with an agency or company background. You would be able to develop concepts, mood boards, desirable and engaging content, understand the specifications of digital content, 3D design and manage a team.
For this position, it's also essential to be up to date with new technologies and marketing trends and have organizational skills.
You would be creative, innovative and have a luxury background ideally. You would also understand 3D design and photography.
Ultimately, you would be able to uplift our company's brand perception and expand our digital footprint and brand awareness.
Develop creative concept for campaigns, product launches and equity
Responsible of shoots from concept development to implementation
Develop digital content for social media, online media, website, e-mailers. Understand the feedback, assessment and adjust
Develop content for VM and offline media
Develop content with new technology such as 3D design and dedicated content for e-com
Develop and manage the graphic design team and be responsible of all graphic design works for Damas
Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
Collaborate with copywriting teams to produce high quality content
Develop content and editorial calendar, delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met
Deliver engaging content on a regular basis and inspire team members
Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
Manage a team and studios
Proven work experience as a Creative Content marketing manager / senior manager
Proficiency in Content Management Software, photography, 3D design, e-com content management tools
Proficient experience in graphic design
Understanding of web publishing requirements
Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
Expertise in digital social media platforms content requirements
Project management skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and writing skills in English and ideally Arabic
Creative, innovative, understand trends but also the customer and brand and business objectives
Know the industry, production houses, photographers, videographers and crew
Managerial skills, organized, can work under process, strategic thinking
