What you will be doing :

  • Responsible for the efficient running of the departmentin line Accor Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilstmeeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
  • Provides leadership in all selling activities within thehotel, works closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and otherrevenue-generating departments to maximize sales.
  • Identifies prospectively new potential accounts andestablishes goals for Key Accounts by analysing historical data andother statistical information and also by conducting accountsinterviews and preparing customer action plans
  • Ensures business is handled in timely manner for properservice delivery.
  • Assists in leading allday-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on buildinglong-term, value-based customer relationships that enableachievement of sales objectives.
  • Achieves personal salesgoals.

  • Assumes the role of Director of Sales& Marketing in his / her absence.
  • Thoroughly familiarizes oneself with the Hotel’semergency procedures and is in a state of preparedness for anyemergency which may occur.
  • Be familiar withall related company documentation and especially with the relevantOperational Standards Manual for his / her field ofresponsibility.
  • Other duties asassigned.
  • Perform duties in a manner thatrespects company values.
  • Assist in TaskForce Teams for new openings.
