Initiate and lead Human Resource improvement programs andcreativity projects.
Conduct research throughvarious methods (data collection, surveys etc.) to identify aproblematic situation or find the cause.
Provideadvice and recommendations to client for HR resolution on dailyissues.
Review systems and processes and makemodifications to address issues.
Develop HRpolicies and assist in the development and integration ofpolicies.
Assist client in recruiting bydeveloping required Job Descriptions, identify suitablequalification and competencies taking into consideration UAE rulesand regulations.
Assist client in training anddevelopment by support in developing required training plan andcareer path.
Formulate plans and techniques todrive change and culture management.
Supportclient in selecting and implementing suitable HRtechnology.
Help establish control systems forcompliance with business methods and HR practices.
Support knowledge of advancements in the business fieldand present new innovative ideas.
Participate inthe drafting of reports and presenting draft to project manager forreview and approval.
