  • Supporting Chef de Partie or Demi Chefde Partie in the daily operation and work
  • Work according to the menu specifications bythe Chef de Partie
  • Controlling foodstock and food cost in your section
  • Preparing the daily mis-en-place and food production in differentsections of the main kitchen
  • Ensuringthe highest standards and consistent quality in the dailypreparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes andpreparation techniques
  • Maintainingproper rotation of product in all chillers to minimizewastage / spoilage
  • Ensuring thecleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, andequipme
  • Following kitchen policies,procedures and service standards
  • Following all safety and sanitation policies when handling food andbeverage Preference will be given to qualified candidates who meetthe below requirements :
  • Minimumof years' as a Commis experience in finedining or premium casual restaurant
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and organizationskills
  • Must have the necessarycertifications (PIC, BFH, etc.)Qualifications
