Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business or equivalent. Professional certification (e.g. CPLP, CIPD) is a plus
  • 6-8 years proven work experience within an international business preferably in hostile or post conflict environments
  • Possess a broad HR background / understanding.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or a similar background
  • Expertise in developing and presenting strategic recruitment plans
  • Experience sourcing for hard-to-fill and critical positions
  • Experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Excellent communication, report writing and negotiation skills
  • Working knowledge and hands on experience of HRMS platforms
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws
  • Proficient in MS Office tools
  • Responsibilities :

  • Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of top talent
  • Recruit full-time, part-time, temporary, contractual and intern personnel. Manage full life cycle recruitment (post, source, prescreen, schedule, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.
  • the complete hiring process within defined metrics to minimize overall time-to-start

  • Develop appropriate marketing strategies, define roles and responsibilities of hiring team, and develop service-level agreements to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle while minimizing cost-per-hire
  • Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Ensure that organization-wide talent management initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.

  • Provides information, through metrics and reports, to field stakeholders regarding TA processes and systems
  • Manages employment advertising content and concepts to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Coordinates development of employment branding concepts, marketing and advertising strategies to drive applicants to the Company web site and other channels
