Job Title : Energy & Power Client Manager
Region : Middle East & Africa
Purpose of Role
Provide support to Client Executive / s, in all aspects of client service, including administration related to client servicing, technical support, quality control and business development, while maintaining quality, accuracy, business cycle time compliance, and coordination of activities affecting other functional areas.
The role is focused on Energy & Power clients
Technical Support to Client Executives on Closing Risks :
Interface between Dubai Energy and Mumbai / Norwich Operations
Respond to request of Client Executives for Market Reform Contract(MRC) / wordings / endorsements
Review MRCs upon completion and during placement process, checking any amendment with respective broker / markets
Complete pre and post placement administration and other closing information as required by Marsh directives
Close and manage closing ensures contract certainty and compliance to Marsh UK closing requirements
Action any remedial works as directed and agree with / by QA Team / TS
Liaise with UK to ensure invoice issued and payment received from client and settled to the market, ensuring all payment terms are met
Ensure adherence to Marsh Compliance and Best Practice requirements.
Business Assistance and Quality Assurance :
Support the achievement of high levels of client satisfaction through effective account administration support to Client Executive / s
Coordinate with Wholesale office for local documentation, local insurance closing, follow up as required
Manage administration requests for information on account managed by the Dubai Hub (invoices, policies, copy MRCs, etc)
Complete any account set up forms
Keep up to date of any new directives from internally plus UK, including MRC updates
Manage any internal requirements audit requests, liaise with compliance on sanctions checks (as required)
Support Client Engagement on Renewables
Assisting in the day to servicing of new and existing clients in Energy & Power
Support to sales initiatives with research, analytics, data collection and presentation skills
Handle client queries relating to lenders documentation and contract reviews
Support the design and execution of insurance placements and annual servicing plans
Provide input to the MEA strategy

University graduate (Insurance degree would be preferred)
2 - 3 years of Insurance experience OR a greaduate with insurance degree and has got 1 - 2 years of experience in financial services / consulting
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
