To ensure the smooth running of day to day goods receiving and stores operation. To assist the Food and Beverage operation to achieve budgeted F+B costs and manage all aspects of the purchasing system and POS within the hotel and provide training when required.
Knowledge of Excel.Background in Food and Beverage and / or Finance would be advantageousNumerate with knowledge of financial reports used in hospitality.
Must demonstrate an ability to develop employee knowledge to increase departmental profitability.Must be able to communicate clearly and develop relationships with all levels of staff and management.
Must demonstrate a desire for working in the hospitality industry.
