JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Ideal applicants should have a working experience as akey account manager in the same field or related for a period of 2years.
  • Having an excellent communication skillwith a good spoken Hindi and Tagalog language to easecommunication.
  • Selected candidates should haveability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines of clientswork.
  • Interested applicants should have a goodproblem solving skill and also negotiation aptitude to be able toget solutions to all problems.
  • ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring that all ordered products are delivered in atimely manner and also be able to serve as contact point for keycustomers.
  • Being able to keep abreast withindustry and market trends and best practices.
  • Selected candidates should be able to resolvecustomers' complaints in an effective and respectful wayand also create reports for upper management.
  • Interested applicants should be able to gather,report andcommunicate to customers' feedback on service,technologyand product delivery.
