YOUR ROLE
Develop DEI agenda and programs to accelerate the strategic and operational set-up for diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) at Henkel IMEA
Drive the translation of the global strategy and action plan into strong concepts, projects and trainings to make an impact and add value for the employees and the business in the region
Steering regional initiatives related to DEI, supporting a culture of inclusion and ensuring equity throughout our processes and policies
Support the countries and HRBPs to drive the topic locally and in respective BU and act as center of expertise
Partner with the senior leadership team and regional change leader to ensure the topic is driven at all levels
Acts as a DEI subject matter expert (SME) and utilizes data-driven HR and external business insights / networks and best practices to provide recommendations and activate solutions.
YOUR SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in human resources, communication, or strategy, ideally working on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion or Change management related topics
Regional experience within the IMEA region is preferred (i.e. : India, GCC, Turkey, Egypt, etc.)
