Position Summary :
Support Revenue Growth initiatives across Asia to deliver growth of VALUE ahead of Volume .
Support deployment of Global RGM initiatives across relevant Asia markets.
Lead Sales & Operations Planning (SNOP) ’ governance through collaborative business planning across various functions.
Revenue Growth Management (RGM) support on pricing , promotion effectiveness, trade terms optimization & mix management.
Pricing initiatives and co-ordination with Brand Cos and Market Cos will be a critical part of the role.
Conduct iGrow training on RGM across relevant teams across all markets
Key Responsibilities :
Revenue Growth Management (RGM) lead :
Work with Pernod Ricard Global Business Development team in Paris HQ and Asia market affiliates on 4 key pillars of RGM : PricingTrade Terms optimizationPromotion effectivenessDriving profitable mix
Identifying and supporting PR teams to reduce GMA impact in Asia by driving sightings and coordinating with Brand Security for identification of source
Deployment of Global RGM initiatives across Asia markets
Launch / Strengthen usage / Improve the global RGM tools for relevant Asia markets to drive :
Price tracking and monitoring across various channels on CUBE 3.0 & strengthening the input sources.
Promotion ROI tracking and improvement through launch of VISTA tool
Co-lead the Price Conjoint Analysis , fostering across the group and helping on recommendations to MC
Pricing across Asia markets
Support pricing initiatives / opportunities across markets in close co-ordination with Brand Companies.
Consolidate pricing guidance from Brand Cos and share with Market Cos
Understand the market challenges & opportunities on pricing for key brands at market level and create a strong roadmap on execution
Drive SKU level profitability & Mix analysis to drive value growth
Drive Sales & Operations Planning (SNOP)’ governance through collaborative business planning across various functions.
Drive a bottom-up & forward-looking value conversion approachSupport commercial, supply chain and finance team to drive rolling forecastIdentify risks & opportunities
Conduct iGrow training on RGM across relevant teams across all markets in alignment with PR University & Global Business Development teams
Skills / Qualifications / Experience :
MBA / Finance professional business / finance studies or related discipline
5+ years with previous experience in Revenue Growth Management within reputable international FMCG company / experience in management consulting firms with significant project experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) domain
Strong understanding of Project Management from conceptualisation to last mile execution
Understanding of optimized sales & supply chain processes
Quick learner with high adaptability and has demonstrated superior leaning capabilities to take on new challenges
Analytical mindset and effective communicator
Ability to create conducive cross-functional relationship - Smart team player with strong people management skill
Energetic and outgoing personality
