We are looking for an Engagement Lead to join our Evidence, Value and Access Consulting team in Dubai. This is an amazing opportunity to work as part of an exciting new team build and assist with the consulting proposals and project management.
The focus areas will be to concentrate on the Evidence, Value and Access Global Consulting clients within the Middle East Region.
The team consists of 3 and is reporting to the Engagement Manager.
About You experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
At least 12 months experience in HEOR or market access business development or consultancy
At least 12 months experience in either biotech, medtech, pharma or life sciences consultancy
At least 12 months experience or knowledge in market access or HEOR
Proficient level of written and spoken Arabic
Proficient level of written and spoken English
It would be great if you also had . . .
French language skills
Overseeing HEOR projects in the Gulf region
Experience in the Emerging Markets environment LATAM, Middle East, Africa and JapAsiaPAC
What will you be doing in this role?
Supporting business development. Supporting the business development and owning a business target which you will meet by winning repeat business and by proactively identifying new clients / opportunities where our services could add value
Producing materials. Helping produce new collateral and client-facing material to optimize business development efforts and facilitate targeted outreach to potential clients
Scoping new projects . Supporting in the scoping of new projects, helping give accurate and manageable time estimates for proposals
Stakeholder engagement . Managing internal relationships with other consulting and commercial functions
About the Team
The team is Clarivate Evidence, Value and Access Services; these describe Clarivate’s bespoke HEOR / market access consulting offering which are aimed towards optimizing our clients’ pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies, mitigating access risks and maximizing commercial.
Internal stakeholders include the EVA team, led by a Global SVP and supported by VPs who head up individual practices (e.
g. Launch Excellence, which this role will be closely aligned to and is headed up by VP Launch Excellence), as well as the Clarivate commercial (sales) team who the Engagement Leads actively support as part of their business development responsibilities;
external stakeholders include the clients we are pitching (biotech, medtech, academia & government etc.) and could be a range of different personas involved in market access, HEOR, value-based healthcare etc..
The types of consultancy projects include HTA, value communication, strategic market access, launch excellence, COA and health economics projects, with a strong focus on the middle east and emerging markets
Hours of Work
This role is 40 hours per week GST hours. The teams you work with are primarily located in EMEA and US, and you may work with teams internationally in APAC.
This is a full-time permanent role.
