Because of increased business activity, we are looking to expand our Fragrances Consumer Products Sales team for the Middle East & North Africa region, and hiring for a 'Commercial Assistant'.
This role is open to be either a full-time role initially with us on a fixed-term contract of 6-12 months to start with and then to possibly be made permanent later on or else a full-time role as a permanent headcount itself to start with, depending on the final business approval that we are expecting for this role and will likely come through later on as we progress with the interview process.
Based in our Dubai office in Media City and reporting to the Fragrances Consumer Products Sales Manager for the Gulf, you will play an important role in the team providing important support and developing an intimate understanding of Givaudan briefing and project management systems.
You will support essential ad-ministrative projects and report to the team and the broader business. You will also actively build and maintain professional relationships with both our teams and customers in the Gulf region.

In this exciting role, with a 'can-do' mindset, you will : Support our Business : Manage administrative tasks, including managing projects and sample requests, from initiation through to completion, and preparation for submission.
Support the business for sourcing market products, information, creative and technical needs.Prepare and maintain price quotations and ensure accuracy on our internal systems.
Position our Products : Analyse data to identify important insights.Manage priorities for yourself and the sales team.Create easy to understand reports and presentations.
Improve the bottom line : Be an important team member by coordinating and updating different reports and tracking tools.Maintain data accuracy on reports and managing timelines.
Create daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and support in project management data reporting.Service our customers : Respond to all enquiries using systems knowledge, creative investigation, and follow up.
Provide the business team with information on customers' requests, insights, and communications.Use your skills to support the Key Account Managers in delivering to our customers.
